Subject: Updates and New Forum...

Less than a year between updates. It's a new record.

I have been rewriting a few of the introductory guides - I was generally unhappy with their flow, and in some cases, their accuracy. The Hubs vs Switches vs Routers guide saw an overhaul, and others will be revamped shortly. The Complete CCNP Switching Guide was badly out of date, though it will need another edit before it comprehensively covers the new'ish CCNP Switch exam.

I still have an MPLS re-write on my radar as well. Expect that within the next.....three or four years, right after the next 'new new' technology replaces it. (I hope I'm kidding).

One other big site update - there is a brand new forum (and it's functional!). I apologize that the previous forum was useless for two years, but it was getting destroyed by spammers. I implemented some security measures to mitigate against that, though less mathematically-inclined individuals might find it slightly difficult to register.

This site was always intended to be a collaborative community of sorts, so I hope that can be a reality now.
